        I swapped to this surgery from Lakeside in Stamford. All I can say is thank goodness I did! I have received excellent service from the very first. The phone is answered after a couple of rings. The Doctors call back very quickly & they have a sense of humour which suggests they are normal people just like their patients! Well done All!         Staff are usually very helpful. However I find the main qualified doctor to be off-hand, uncaring and too bothered about the financial implications of treating a patient rather than listen to and actually act on what the patient is saying. Its almost as if he has his fingers in his ears saying blah, blah, blah loudly over you.
