        Dropped in looking for a dressy short sleeve shirt and came out after an hour or more of superb service with 2 shirts, shorts and another shirt on order arriving today by Royal Mail. Great range of brands and did I mention the service? Outstanding shopping experience.

        Customer service liked it used to be. Our first visit on Sat on route to Kielder and now my husbands favourite shop for clothes. An hour up the road from Middlesbrough and a good excuse for a run out and lunch or a coffee. Quality clothing and shoes and great customer service - we will be back soon Thanks Emma & Gary
