Easy to make an appointment- even in these covid- weary times and the receptionists are friendly and helpful. However the car park is woefully designed and the entry slip road is far too narrow for two cars to pass safely

I have actually left this practise now, but let me tell you in all the years I have had to deal with gps, not one has come close to Neil Stanley. He is a very rare find and goes beyond your normal NICE guideline robot doctor. He wants to help, get to the bottom of your health challenge and help you to help yourself, but is also there when you cannot help yourself. There is a reason why he is always busy and hard to get an appointment with, (that said he always squeezed me in) and thats because he is the best doctor there. I am going to be hard pushed to find another one like him. Secondly the admin team behind the scenes are also very thorough and polite, always doing what they commit to. Finally the nurses, always have a happy disposition in dealing with you and a solid medical knowledge.

This is the best Care Health Centre I've come across. It's light, spacious, clean and comfortable. The receptionists are very intelligent, sparky and efficient. The whole place is very well run and has a good website profiling the staff. I saw one of the Nurses at my last visit and liked her enormously. She also has an attractive personality and is very knowledgable and efficient. There's a good selection of doctors and you can choose which one you wish to see. I highly recommend this Health Centre.
