        Called to cancel a 2 hour nail appointment following a week in hospital being very poorly. The response from the owner was abhorrent, rude, unsympathetic and generally unkind. Was asked if I could just make it anyway as its her business! When explaining my situation in further detail was told if I want to book with her again I would have to pay upfront. I would have hoped for a more personal and understanding response from a local business owner. Such a shame. Service: Manicure
