I used the service this organisation offers for ear de-waxing. It gets a full 5 star rating on all counts with me. Organised, precise, easy to contact, were willing to alter the time of my appointment, very congenial and polite, very eloquent when explaining the procedures, easy to understand the stages of the treatment and the conditions they were addressing, and absolutely faultless in every way in my opinion. What could have been a difficult experience turned out to be pleasant, and brought significant benefit. Easily a 5 star recommendation for me. :-)

I had a real build up of wax in both ears so got an appointment booked. And what a difference. The lovely Faye went through everything with me before she started the procedure and she was brilliant throughout. I would recommend this to anyone and couldn't be happier with the results, a huge shout out to Faye, she was attentive knowledgeable and made the whole experience enjoyable. Thanks again!

As a mere tourist I was very favourably impressed by the very friendly, helpful, and timely hearing aid repair this practice carried out for me when I was a visitor in Corbridge. A truly client-focused practice which I can firmly recommend.
