        Deciding to start yoga in my fifties seemed pretty daunting but Lucy and her team have been there for me from day one. Lucy has been an inspirational teacher and after 8 years of her classes I still leave the mat feeling exhilarated and wiser for the tuition. Her enthusiasm and passion for the essence of yoga and her teaching style are real blessings. The amazing setting for her studio also complements the yoga perfectly.
