Clark Motor Company

Bought a car for the wife a year ago. Dealings whilst the purchase was fine. A supposedly full service was carried by them before purchasing. All good we think. Fast forward to just under a year and I've had a service carried out by my local garage. They pointed out the fuel filter is well over due. When we looked at the service sheet from Clark Motor Company it stated "fuel filter checked" these are a sealed unit so both myself and my local garage can't understand how a sealed unit can be checked? The cost of this filter is 70 from the main dealer. Wonder why it wasn't changed? Very poor to find this out after owning the car for sometime.

Fantastic service from the 1st phone call to driving away in my new MINI. Simon has a relaxed, no pressure approach to selling cars which makes the experience stress free and enjoyable. No mention or hard sell of gap insurance / detail protection or alloy & scratch cover that many other dealers pressure you with. Cars are fairly priced and immaculate condition. I drove 150miles to Clark Motors and it was well worth it.

I contacted Simon after seeing an advert on the Auto Trader. From the initial phone call Simons customer service has been superb. We arranged an appointment to view the car and throughout the buying process Simon was efficient and helpful. I would not hesitate to return in the future to purchase another car. Simon stocks a range of high-quality motors, I would definitely recommend going for a look!
