Update to review. John Bull Clothing responded very promptly to this review and dealt with the matter in a very professional manner. In this I can not fault them and I understand that what the courier does is out of their hands once they have shipped the goods. I have left 1 star off due to the inconvenience of the goods not being delivered by the courier on time. Can't share any details of the product as I never received it. I payed a premium delivery cost for next day delivery and was at home all day on both days when the parcel company had said they would be delivering but no one ever turned up. Very disappointed and wouldn't use this company again purely because they don't use a good courier service.

I'd like to state for the record, following an issue with a delivery John Bull came up trumps and resolved the error in a prompt and timely manner. Fair play to you all and thanks, it has not put me off placing orders in the future.

POOR POOR POOR Ordered a Guards Division tie and received a REME tie!!!!! The invoice even stated GUARDS! Educate your pickers, rather insulting and would appreciate a prompt and timely response to rectify the issue
