The customer service is exceptional! They would go an extra mile to deliver orders in time. I am really glad I found this gem of a company. It wouldn't be possible to provide eco friendly packaging for my products without them. Customers are loving compostable bags, and they are not much more expensive than plastic. Highly recommend!

Ive used eco-craft several times now and never had a problem, but I was very disappointed with my last order. When it arrived the packaging had been torn open. They reuse packaging, which is a great idea in principle, but it wasnt sufficient for the weight of the order. By some miracle my order wasnt damaged, but I contacted customer services to explain the issue and got the most lack lustre response. They neither apologised or offered any assurance that it wouldnt happen again. They did say the feedback was helpful, and that it would be passed on. But it left me feeling let down and unvalued as a customer. Very disappointed overall.

Brilliant company a large range of useful products available on their website from envelopes to twine, and a real commitment to ecologically friendly practices, all at a decent price. I hate it when I order recycled paper products and they come swaddled in layers of plastic, but Eco Craft's packaging is as responsible as their merchandise. Excellent and prompt customer service as well! They'll be getting my stationery custom for many years ahead.
