Bought colour multi changer Led strips initially very happy. Then a few weeks later stopped working the hand held control red light flashing continuously. Trued contacting the company, no answer all week. Would not answer any communication. Ive given up now. Waste of money . Don't buy.

They sent us the wrong item 4 working days ago and I have phones 17 times on both their 'hotline' and direct number - never once picked up and unable to leave a message. Have emailed this morning but 5 hours later still no response

I bought 2 LED aquarium light bars a cple of years ago. Both the power adaptors have now failed, (which I'm not particularly bothered by), so I thought I would contact StrictlyLED's to order new ones. ** Please note ** Iam trying to Purchase new ones - I dont want them for nothing !! I have had numerous emails back and forward and they have constantly promised to get an order ready for me BUT its been 6 WEEKS and still nothing. WORST customer service EVER. This is the service Iam receiving as a potential customer, I really feel for the customers out there who have a problem.

Ordered icicle lights, estimated 1-2 day delivery. A Week later contacted strictly led, who were surprised they hadn't been delivered but promised to send some more. When ordered it also stats that tracking information will be sent, this was never sent even though I asked them for it several time. Surprise, surprise the next set of lights have still not arrived a month after original order. I have only given stars as refund was given, not that I asked for it. I wanted the lights and the seller led me to believe they had sent them when they clearly hadn't, for some unknown reason. Very strange, will never use again. Total waste of time.
