Paper Cutz

Wow! What can I say about this company? Being arguementative with a new customer and leaving me complacent, sarcastic messages on my phone because I didn't answer (did it ever occur to you that I was actually out???) is NOT the way to win business! I've literally come in this morning to 4 messages from Andy (whatever position he holds - should be none in my opinion!), 2 of which were complacent and sarcastic! Only positive is that I got a quick refund for my order that was a week late (I didn't mention that when speaking to them though as the actual order was wrong but they argued with me over that too). I will never go anywhere near this company ever again after those phone messages I received which is a shame as I get through a very large amount of stock each month - Orders that I was prepared to place with them but not after this. Andy seriously needs to get some customer service and people skills. I'm absolutely fuming over those complacent, sarcastic messages! (And if I'm honest, if he worked for me and spoke to one of my customers like that he'd have been fired on the spot!) >:( I'd give them -5 stars if I could, not just one - so rude!

Extremely impressed with Papercutz!! I rarely write reviews but felt one was very much worthy here. Im a design student so deal with lots of different premium paper companies and I have to admit, these guys just do it better. Plenty of unique stocks in handy precut sizes for extremely good value, and most importantly the postage packaging is excellent!! All my stocks came completely undamaged, no bent corners etc. which is an absolute rarity! Very impressed!

I ordered via Amazon, delivery was quick and arrived on time. White 12 x12 cardstock was as described. I am very pleased with the service and will definitely use again

So sad to have had to revise my previous 5* review and whilst the quality of the product was still great, I was recently let down by a paid upgrade to next day delivery that ended up taking two additional days and was delivered to the wrong address and I had to go and collect it from there myself. Sadly the company took no responsibility for the service levels that they themselves set and did not live up to and declined to offer a refund for the difference between standard postage and next day postage (a difference of 1.51) quoting issues with deliveries during Covid lockdowns - which no longer exist - and the potential volume of mis-delivered items - by the courier - causing an issue for the companies future finances, none of which are my responsibility.
