I have bought boxes full of their high output GU10 bulbs over recent years, and have always been happy with the quality of products, service and responsiveness. I always appreciated the discounts given for buying multiple items as well. However, all appears to have changed. Despite numerous emails and calls (which are never answered) I cannot get any response from them about current products, quantity discounts, faults with their website etc. etc. I have now given up and will go elsewhere from now on. Looks like they have become a very poor business, based upon my experience this year. Be careful before transaction business with them

Ordered three radiators and only two turned up. No delivery slip, nothing. Numerous phone calls and emails. Got ONE reply from "Carl" stating he would send another out which was a lie. Trading standards will be notified about this company and a charge back is imminent. I hope the authorities clean this company up as the negative reviews accurately describe this company. Celia Morris, Stephen Morris and Jane Thomas.... You clearly don't know how to run a business. I'll be setting up further investigations into your bad business ethics.

I'm afraid a really bad experience. Ordered some lights based on the pic on their website. Received lights that were different. Emailed them repeatedly. Phoned them on 2 different numbers with no reply. Left answer messages. So they have my money and I have lights I can't use - and NO means of communication.

I wish I'd read the other reviews before I ordered, thus company is a joke, they shouldn't be trading, no response by phone or mail I have asked for my money back, stay well away

Absolutely no customer service. No one answered the phone, just voicemail and email response was an absolute joke. Awful
