New system on the phones is horrific. Makes impossible for anyone to get through to reception. The phone choices will rather tell you your choice is invalid or that no ones available and put the phone on your straight away. So you will have to ring up a good few times and go through the options all over again to get the phone put down on you numerous times rather than be placed in a cue. Update: been in position one for 25mins, tried to call off another number to see but dont let you go through as Im waiting

New to area. Rang first and was told to come in and register. I was not told to bring photo ID and proof of address- only found out when I rang again having heard nothing about my prescription I was waiting for. Receptionist apologised but doctor said my prescription would go to Cohens Chemist. Having heard nothing, I rang Cohens and was told my prescription had not come through! Had to ring Coppull Pracrtice again to find out what was going on. Today, I revisited the surgery to hand in my proof of ID. On the surgerys website it says they are open today 8am-6:30pm and it was shut! Nothing on the surgerys website to say it closed on Monday 2nd Jan and no signs outside their property showing opening times. This is poor. I may look for another surgery to join in the area if I get time.

Ive been in quite a bit of pain recently. Trying to speak to an empathic practitioner is not happening. Ive received various ill informed advice from a GP. Its a tiresome battle trying to get well through this surgery.

Had annual review with nurse Carol just like to thank her for listening to a few problems I had and speaking to gp on my behalf resulting in a prescription being issued excellent service
