I attended my first course with MFQ in June 2013, which was the five day ISO 9001 Lead Auditor. I found the course extremely useful, worthwhile and enjoyable. The interactive element and 'mock live audit' was different to any course I have attended before as it gave the delegate the chance to actually participate and put into practice everything I learned from days one and two. This way, knowledge and skills are enhanced and it gave me a clear picture of how things are from the eyes of an auditor. The trainer, Phil Brown, was resourceful, professional, knowledgeable and approachable. The pre-course material and administration before and after the training course was also handled in a highly professional manner. I highly recommend MFQ for any training needs you may have.

Attended and Successfully completed the ISO 9001 Quality /lead auditor Course earlier this year (2013). This course was held over a period of five days which consisted of four days training and one day examination. This was an intensive course which I would have struggled to successfully complete if it was not for Mr. Phill Brown's Professionalism and Quality Instructor training. I will certainly, should the need arise choose MFQ for any other subsequent training should I require. Highly recommended!
