We have been loyal customers of Pra Thai for several years now. The food has always been excellent and the staff have always been lovely when we do in-person take aways. The reason for this one star review is the absolute lack of help from the restaurant when our recent order via Deliveroo went astray. While we understand that this is the fault of the Deliveroo driver, the restaurant still made money off our order. And yet their response to our query was to shut us down entirely, rather than endeavour to resolve the issue. They were unhelpful and truculent on the phone, and Im afraid have thoroughly put us off ordering in the future.

Ive been eating at pra Thai for a couple of years now and I use to love the food. Today I decided to treat myself and pick up a take away. I ordered a green curry which was really nice and a papaya salad which was awful. Ive ordered it many times but this time it was not it. I called and asked if something can be done I dont mind to pick up something else, or even just a discount for my next order. Mind you papaya salad is 9.50. They where very busy and I did feel bad for the woman who had to take my call but they said that there is nothing to do and when I asked for the manager she said there is nothing to do and hung up. Really disappointed.
