        Lady in front of reception desk very rude and aggressive did not want to say can i help you instead looked at me asked for an appointment still looked like she didnt want to be there.. in middle of my appointment some time later she thought she could just walk in to interrupt our conversation due to a issue which was solved. Very unprofessional and because of her vision express just lost a family of 5.
