My usual Bathroom supplier was being a tad slow in getting back to me. I had spoken to them and agreed a list of items. The next morning I called them and added to that list and waited for a call back with a price. And waited. And waited. I even called and chased them twice. A week later I called DR Peel and spoke to Elliott and gave him the list. He had an email quote to me within 30 mins, shortly before closing time. I changed one item and got a revised quote the next morning. I popped into the store and spoke with Elliott, ran through it, changed one item and ordered. Elliott made the whole process so simple. His knowledge, experience and customer service was 5*. My new go to people now next time I need Bathroom stuff

Exceptional experience from D R Peel. Took delivery of a new bathroom sink and unit today. Great quality products that are already making a stylish upgrade to our bathroom! The service was friendly, informative and super helpful, and when i had questions about the fitting afterwards, they were just brilliant with all the answers - great aftercare! This is a proper independent family business focusing on quality products and brilliant customer service. We need more of these! Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back with our next bathroom or kitchen upgrade! Thanks Elliot and team!

Very helpful, professional company. They provided lots of great advice for our bathroom project and had very competitive prices for the products we wanted. They have a good selection of products in their store, but also was able to order other things we had found online. Everything was delivered together, and they were very kind to help carry things up the stairs. Could not recommend more highly.

We couldn't be happier with our kitchen from D.R Peel. The whole team were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and went the extra mile (thanks Mitch for lending us your tile cutter when we needed it!). We were really impressed from start to finish.

We were really impressed with the quality and style of our new bathroom from DR Peel. The plumber and fitter Ian did an excellent job installing it and we were so happy with the result!
