        this lady is the best instructor I've ever come across...since finding here 25 years ago and doing various other classes throughout the years even in other countries!!! I have never come across a better fitness instructor! shes consistent in excellence and her classes are STAR QUALITY!!

        Helen is a fantastic Pilates teacher. She is lovely, knowledgable and really brilliant at making sure you are working at the right level for you. I would really recommend her classes, which are friendly and welcoming for all.
