        Ordered boots, they arrived as outlined. Ended up being too small sadly, sent them back with the provided label, got refund, done, no hassle, no nonsense.

        Wow, this is fast service! I placed an order from Madrid (Spain) and it took only two days to be delivered (counting that one day the package was held at customs). I ordered a Parka coat from Merc and everything was absolutely great! I will definitely order again!

        I recently made my 1st Retro Star online purchase ,after having a January Lockdown Furlough Birthday courtesy of our Boris ! Decided on a New Failsworth Cap ,Ordering format was easy to do & delivery was very quick,well within the given timescale.The Cap looks great on & a wonderful addition.I would have no hesitation in placing future orders from here & I would definitely recommend.
