Had the pleasure of dealing with Andrew from this store. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Recommend going early to beat the crowds and have some time for a coffee/hot drink and a chat. Would recommend.

Surj was brilliant, patient and extremely helpful with helping us find our perfect sofa. Great, friendly atmosphere at this furniture Village and great customer service to ensure we left happy! Would definitely recommend coming here for the perfect sofa and furniture for your home. Thanks Surj!

*Update, 30 April. 8 weeks of sleeping on the floor. Still no bed, still no effort to remedy the situation. *Update, 14 April. It's now been 6 weeks since parts of the bed have been delivered, approaching week 7 of sleeping on the floor. Just called them they said it's another 7 to 9 weeks to get the correct parts to have the bed assembled. Bear in mind we originally went into FV to order a bed in October. And no, I'm not emailing your customer service on top of the 10+ times I've called- I've already left a formal complaint - you want my additional labour to get my bed I'm currently paying for? Terrible, terrible company. Go to IKEA instead- cheaper but at least you're guaranteed what you pay for. Bed ordered just before Christmas, was told it would take 7 working weeks. Delivered the bed a month ago but missing screws, and delivered two of the wrong colour sides on the first try. On the second try, only deliver one correct side, but no screws to put together the bed. 4 weeks later sleeping on the floor in a flat that's in chaos, (our clothes inside the old bed haven't got a new bed to be placed inside yet), still no bed, this is all a lot. Would absolutely not recommend buying from these guys. The only reason I'm giving 1 star is because Andrew was friendly. Side note,They also don't seem to call on the morning of to say what time they're delivering, meaning you're waiting around aimlessly.
