Friern Barnet Dental Clinic

I and my family have been a patient with this practice for many year and have always found them to be fantastic. I am quite a nervous patient and do not often need treatment but yesterday I had the misfortune of a piece of a tooth breaking off. The practice fitted me in at 10am this morning. I normally see Karishma but she was unavailable so I saw Said. I am writing this review because the service I received from Said and his nurse was absolutely amazing. I explained I'm a nervous patient and he talked me through everything he was doing, gave me options and put me completely at ease. I will need more treatment but can honestly say I will not be anywhere near as nervous then next time.

My family and I recently registered at this practice and were very impressed so far! Friendly receptionist, clean surgery and Karishma, our dentist was very good. She even did a quick check up on our 10 month olds teeth to help him get used to the dentist!

Horrible experience here had to take my mother in for an emergency and was seen by 2 dentists in separate occasions total waste of time and was given incorrect information would not recommend this clinic to anyone. Please improve your customer service skills one of the dentist was incredibly arrogant.

I saw Karishma today for a check up and filling. She was very gentle and friendly. The practice was very clean. The receptionist was extremely helpful with registering my little boy. I would thoroughly recommend this dental practice. They are very professional.

Very rude! especially to child patients, a real culture of poor bed manner and unkindness. Snappy and rather cruel. I have made a complain due To the behaviour towards my daughter however as the dentist who owns the surgery is just as bad I dont think anything will change.
