        Bought a Caravelle in May 2021. Multiple issues with the screen/rear door. Reported the issues over a week ago and someone from the service department was going to call back. Have sent two follow emails asking for an update and still waiting.......

From the very start of choosing my requirements online using VW's configurator to the very end of having coffee, buscuits and being handed the keys of my brand new caddy maxi 5, the journey has been amazing.         Sarah Norton has bent over backwards to assist us with our purchase. She was always at the end of the phone when I was panicking over details/finances/anything else. She answered every question we had with clear concise replies. She even drove to our house to deliver some missing paperwork one day. A total legend. THANKS SARAH.
