Had the WORST experience with Antonio. I placed an order in October for a car that should of arrived by the start of March. Antonio kept lying through his teeth saying the car has been made but there is a final step and should arrive by the next month. he did this for the lat few months however after talking to Sean (Who was helpful and transparent) he explained that the car would not be made till September. Would recommend any potential customer to avoid doing business with Antonio, seeing that he did not even do the bare minimum when it comes to keeping his customers updated about their order.

Wow were do I start , when you thinking of car sales its quite a scary experience, but this place is 100% on the ball and on a roll , the professionalism is top and you feel actually good , not prussere and they actually listen Antonio is the man with years of experience in Skoda he knows what is needed, listens , understands and goes the extra mile, this is what a proper car sales representative should be . Looks after his customers. The place is clean and coffee or drinks are provided, If your looking to buy or lease a car this is the man and Skoda actually good cars. What ill say to Skoda is this place is great thanks to the staff that work there especially Antonio.E.C.1. Thanks for the great experience.

This is one of best experience I have had at Alan Day Skoda. Top customers relations very informative Antonio is probably one of the best sales staff, great stories and we felt very happy confortable here. Even my son was so happy he will buy a car from here. Top top car show room. Josh was also the best sales person they truly need a pay rise. Thanks to all of you top guys. The place was clean and offered coffee ext.

Spoke to a gentleman called Antonio at the sales desk and his professionalism and expertise most definitely sold me a Skoda monte carlo. I'm very pleased the way he gave his time and helped to choose me the right car. He definitely needs the recognition in the workplace. Because of Antonio I'll definitely be recommending Skoda to friends and family at the New Southgate branch. Thank you once again! Regards Hasan
