Prices double of what is available on their online store, not considering online exclusive deals. Absolute waste of time going after getting a green light from their store inventory checker.

Was waiting in the queue to pay for bike lights when a younger member of staff whos fitting bulbs and wipers etc asked the cashier how would he know what bulb has gone to be able to replace it on a guys car? Really? Should they be letting someone like this touch a customers car?

I needed a replacement of a ratched that was on lifetime guarantee and the previous manager couldn't replace it for me for two months. Trasi on the other hand did that on the spot. Talking about managers? There are efficient and not so efficient. Trasi is one of those very efficient ones.
