Acupuncture Works fertility & women's health

After trying to conceive for over a year, and with no identified fertility issues, I decided to try fertility acupuncture as an alternative to going straight to invasive treatments. Colette has been a wonderful support over the last few months, and within the first 3 months of acupuncture, I finally fell pregnant. Colette is very experienced with dealing with fertility and provides a wonderful service. In addition to very relaxing acupuncture sessions, she shared her knowledge and insights into the fertility process and emphasised the importance of a well balanced holistic approach. She provided very personalised recommendations including a detailed guide with lifestyle, exercise and diet advice, as well as the importance of reducing stress. My stress levels reduced dramatically during the time I spent with Colette, and have continued to see her throughout the early weeks of pregnancy and received so much support and guidance. It has been really refreshing to feel heard and listened to, being treated with kindness and compassion, and I am so appreciative that I was able to meet Colette. Me and my partner were trying for a baby for few months. I came to Colette to help me regulate my cycles and boost my chances of conceiving naturally. And only after couple of sessions I got pregnant! I know everyones journey is different, but I am convinced that it wouldnt have happened if it wasnt for sessions with Colette. My body just needed this extra help to balance my hormones and calm my mind - after each session I felt very relaxed and in much better mood. Colette is very knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her patients. She provided me with a lot of useful information about diet, tests and kept checking on me between sessions. Accupuncture with Colette really helped me calm my mind and trust my body. Her holistic approach was exactly what I needed and having the space every week to breathe and relax did me wonders. I noticed a difference from the treatment very quickly and felt in a much better headspace to reach my goal of getting pregnant. I initially went to see Colette, as I was interested in the holistic approach to boosting fertility. A close family member recommended her and it was important to me that she was a trusted and approved acupuncturist. Colette supported me both physically and emotionally through many months of tests, which finally led to a successful cycle of IVF. I left her sessions feeling relaxed, calm and with a positive outlook on my upcoming treatments. I feel she went above and beyond her duty of care, messaging me in between sessions checking to see how I was doing. I would recommend acupuncture to anyone embarking on trying to get pregnant either naturally or through assisted fertility. As a GP myself I will definitely be referring patients to Colette. I am very grateful for all that she has done for me.

Colette has been a huge support to me whilst I tried to conceive, she provided a relaxing, safe and caring environment for acupuncture. She is highly knowledgeable in fertility and womens health and when things didnt always work out whilst I underwent different fertility treatments, she pointed me in the right direction, putting my husband and I in touch with different specialists, which saved us time and heartache along the way. She is highly thought of in her field of expertise. I am now in the early stages of pregnancy and she is a big part of the journey it took to get here, Ill be forever grateful for her support.
