Today the lady behind the till gave me a free bunch of flowers because I happened to have my NHS name badge on. I was so taken aback I wasn't fully able to thank her and explain how much this meant to me and how much it totally made my day. It's amazing how one small act can mean so much, I really needed that today. Thank you.
