Abacus Manufacturing Group Ltd

My plumbing company in Wolverhampton has used Abacus via B&Q a couple of times now for bathroom panels and I've been very pleased. Today they got us out of a scrape when we failed to arrange a delivery day with them, despite messages and phone calls. They are getting our vital order to us tomorrow. Thank you so much Abacus!

Don't waste your time or money with this company, the cabinet arrived damaged, they said we should have inspected within 24 hours of delivery, so we had to buy another one, discounted, but we were time and money out of pocket. We are a family run business of quality bathroom installers ,myself, and three sons . We use all the top manufacturers and have never experienced anything like this before. So before you buy look at other manufacturers

Attempted to order a shower tray but since they don't deal with public directly, used their website to find a retailer whom I can buy from. West One bathrooms listed on Abacus website retailer list, contacted them and placed an order. Abacus told them the delivery will be to their warehouse the next day, but it did not arrive. Retailer contacted Abacus multible times only to be fobbed off with excuses and even the next day waited whole day and still delivery did not arrive. Retailer said Abacus will not tell us who the courier is and will not contact them or allow us to contact them. Any decent courier company will have an estimated arrival time for that particular drop. Abacus must change the courier company they are using, it is making them look very bad. I have been very dissappointed with Abacus and I haven't even used their product yet.
