      • Total lie about 'express' services. The proofreading of the ready made translations, not even translation, was promised to be done in 2 days and took a whole week. With managers answering only before the payment is made, never after, and constant promises of 'today it has to be sent for sure' and nothing being delivered. An expensive and unpleasant mistake.
