Have use this station many times good shops near by was surprised to find the bridge across was closed when I got there and maned by three men who said use foot bridge and took longer as disabled and not a good reader at times no arrow before entering the station to tell me to go over the foot bridge and steps down too there was a manger who shouted at me saying it's all on the web site before you travel but I've done this trip plenty of times never he as the rail bridge been closed if so the sign outside of the station needs to be clearer in furture or you just waiting staff wages putting three men on one platform to them them that way when they have already enter the station entrance and where's the arrow or sign not in front of first door no half way across anyway becarefull when crossing the road bridge as steps on other side will slow you down if you only have four mins to get to train. Lucky I pick one up behind going to Bickley. But I still think the manger of the station should have posted the three men outside of station to sign post passengers like me coming off the tram from Croydon, hoping for a quick change to Bromley or beyond.
