Gross hotel. Like Cecil hotel. Blood stains on top of the bed like Jeffrey dahmer stayed there before me. Poo stains in the wall. Vomit stains on the carpet. Hair on the floor. No view. They cleaned once but never again after I asked. Horrible and gross. Tv didnt work. There were also bed bugs. Shower tap was stuck. Construction works all week. Felt rather unsafe. Secure but stressful check in. Responsive customer text service and clean towels. Convenient area and residential area is nice but the hotel was also right on the junction of the high street so too busy outside to relax. Didnt look like the pictures advertised at all.

Worst place I have ever stayed in. Took me almost 3 hours to check in. Mattress should be on the dump, it's filthy and the springs coming through. No blankets, I was freezing, had to sleep with a tracksuit on and a jersey. Absolutely appalling! Disgusted! Noteworthy details: I will never come back.
