Stay away from this company! I ordered over the phone and then cancelled within an hour of the payment and David White the sales director refused to cancel my order and give me a refund. He then said he could only give me 50%, then he said ok 25%, but as persisted he said ok he'll have to take 10%. He makes it up as he goes on, he tryed to refer to his T&Cs which does state any of what he was saying. I am taking it up with the credit card company as I luckly paid via Credit card. Dishonest and an absolute scam!

Promised they'd arrive within four days. Turned out they couldn't do it for two weeks. When I cancelled the order they charged me 10 cancellation fee. To be fair, after getting back to them and arguing my case they refunded the money in full.

We have had similar experiences to others who have left reviews - Also via OpenRent (who are very good and I cant rate them as a firm highly enough)- however the service is in stark contrast when using EPConline. As others have mentioned appointments not kept. and i am not convinced the about accuracy of the assessments either. I will not be using them again for my remaining assessments.

Better off using independent local firms. I was given the runaround .
