        I have sent a few packages from this post office at separate times and they go missing and never arrive at the destination. I then have to file a claim with Royal mail. Not sure what's happening at this post office but it's not a reliable or trustworthy service. Aside from this, the counter service is painfully slow and rude.

        Staff do not answer phone. Waisted 20 minutes trying to get through.

        This branch is in desperate need for digitalisation (self-service kiosks). Staff is too slow and unmotivated to help customers quickly. Queues are always long because of this.

        Always a very slow moving queue and staff seem in no hurry. Last time I visited I had an email that my parcel was waiting but staff said it wasn't. It seemed to have been sent back within minutes of arrival which was very odd.
