I called to enquire if a medication was available, on my first effort I was hung up on. On my second, the individual that dealt with me was incredibly rude. He said he was incredibly busy told me to listen on several occasions.
I was simply trying to understand when I could expect stock of what I require. Theres no need to talk to people in such a dismissive way.
Not a nice way to talk to someone who has an urgent medial need.
