She produces tailored sessions which evolve every week and knows exactly how to motivate me and to help me get the best out of myself. Would not hesitate to recommend Chrissy to anyone looking for a trainer for 1 to 1 sessions in person or online.

Chrissy is an outstanding personal trainer. Over the past year she has changed the way I think about fitness and nutrition, and I am now leaner, stronger and fitter. After a 10 year hiatus from serious exercise I was nervous about working with a personal trainer. Chrissy has nurtured my confidence, whilst challenging me physically and I have progressed from simple body weight exercises to strength training with the Olympic bar. Chrissy is expert in balancing cardio, strength and nutrition to great effect. If you are looking for a personal trainer I highly recommend her!

Chrissy has been our PT since summer 2019. We are in our late 50s and had never trained before. Chrissy tailored our workout regime to ensure we have progressed at a sustainable pace and we are delighted with the results so far. Chrissy is also fun to work with and we very much enjoy her company and appreciate her expertise.

Chrissy is AMAZING. I have only been working with her for a month or so but she is brilliant in every way. She has created workouts that I really enjoy and always look forward too. She pushes me and always encourages me to do that extra bit. Previously the thought of stepping inside a gym or working out always scared me but Chrissy has made the beginning of this journey a brilliant one! She is an all rounder with food and nutrition advice in addition to all the exercise and mental health benefits. I cant recommend her enough.
