HBM Plumbing & Heating

I have used this company for a number of years. They have done plumbing, serviced my gas fire and worked on my central heating. Maria ( in the office) is lovely and always helpful. Hass (who comes to my house) is charming and completes the work as promised. I have recommended them to my friends and everyone who has used them on my recommendation has been very happy. BRILLIANT people

Extremely rude management. The handy man was nice himself and did a great job but I can't get over how rude one of the owner was. I will not be returning.

We are delighted in the quality of service received from Hass and Maria ofHBMplumbing and heating. We placedan urgent call to HBM for a Gas Safety Check as our trusted Heating Engineer became unavailable.The flat that needed the Gas Safety Certificate had been unoccupied for a period of time and needed the certificate for a tenant moving in the following day.When Hass arrived, the combi boiler would NOT fire up (all lights were on, but no activity).Hass went beyond his remit of "Gas Safety check" andgot the boiler working again with various system checks.Regulations had changed since the boiler had its last check and our boxed in boiler flue could not be reached with the flue gas probe. Rather than Fail the Gas Safe for this reason, Hass successfully drilled a hole through a kitchen cabinet for access. Hass was such a nice person as well, not just a very competent and conscientious engineer.Highly recommend this company and we will use them again for our other properties (we are a property company).
