        Went in this morning and bought a designer jacket (50) and pair of boots (25). Went back as changed my mind on boots as would prefer a flat pair. Didn't realise was no straight returns policy. I went back within an hour or. I won't be going in again. The assistant should have made me aware of this upon paying especially since 75 is a lot in a charity shop.
