Lou was fantastic when selling our home. It had previously been marketed by other agents with no success, however Lou looked at it from a different perspective and started from scratch. From the professional photography and video walkthrough to services you don't usually get - helping dress and present the property and on a couple of occasions helping clean! She describes herself as "not your average estate agent" and she really does go the extra mile - upfront, honest and gets the job done!
