I had left shoulder pain for the past four years after a car accident. Mr Abhi has taken good care of me in sorting my left arm pain with a procedure and has provided excellent pre-care and post-care with the required Physio. His suggestion for the Physio was excellent, and the Physio has given extraordinary care post-operation. I am relieved of my pain, and I am on the mend, which is fantastic. The care provided was excellent by Abhi.

After having a fall at work November 20th I visited Mr Gulihar at Chelsfield hospital. On my first consultancy he got me booked in for an MRI scan within two days and see me on the day of the MRI scan to discuss the problem. Which was three snapped tendons in my left shoulder ( rotatory cuff ) plus I had ripped my bicep muscle as well. By the 4th December I was in the operating theatre. Which was 5 1/2 hours long.. which went successful and visit after the operation and more phone calls with in the next week of Operation.. he also organised the physio which goes with the operation. And I have visited him four times after the operation for progress of my arm. And by the beginning of March I have 100% movement no pain and I am back working on site.. I really thank Mr abhinav Gulihar

After suffering a left distal biceps tendon rupture in Sept 2020 I saw Mr Gulihar who performed a successful repair using the endobutton fixation method. I found him to be highly knowledgable with clear and concise answers to my questions concerning the procedure. The Post-op care was excellent with him calling to update me on how the operation went and to enquire on my condition. I managed to achieve full range of motion within several weeks and had no complications with the repair. There was one non-related issue with pain in my left wrist which he quickly investigated and successfully treated with a steroid injection. His demeanour at all times was professional, pleasant and relaxed and I would describe the quality of the treatment I received under him as excellent. If you have suffered the same injury and need to select a highly competent orthopaedic surgeon for a repair I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Gulihar.

I recently has right hand shoulder surgery performed by Dr Abhi Gulihar (Sept 2020), for basically Rotor Cuff and Frozen shoulder (Diagnosis : Right shoulder arthroscopic biceps tenotomy, capsular release, subacromial decompression and ACJ excision). This was performed by key hole surgery under general anaesthetic. Since the 1st consultation, I have found Dr Gulihar to be attentive and friendly in which he will explain the symptoms and suggested remedial actions in the simplest of terms. He listens to his patients and has the ability to be at ease in his presence. All follow up consultations have been dealt with in the same manner, and any concerns raised were answered fully to my satisfaction. Surgery went well and Dr Gulihar (and his team that were present) explained everything that was going on until the general anaesthetic took effect. The tell-tale signs of the surgery are three very small incisions on the shoulder; now almost invisible. I am very pleased with the results of this surgery; and would recommend anyone who is considering this procedure to contact Dr Gulihar in the first instance. I have found that the whole process set out by him cannot be faulted in any way since initial contact in 2019 to today the 6th Jan 2021.
