Very poor customer service and delivery. We had to wait more than 6 months for our order to arrive. Do not recommend.

Poor in delivery time, design, and customer service. I do not know how this company is allowed to function and what body oversees its production and operation. Order arrived two months late, the design of the draw is so open on the sides and front that you might as well leave items outside. Visually and practically it doesn't work. Mokee's repose and compensation were also very poor.

After reading all the reviews I was really nervous about the poor delivery times. So i decided to mail them and ask how long it would take. I got a super fast response, they told me they have improved there logistics and confirmed it would take 2 weeks. I placed my order which was about 400 in value and everything came within 10 days and was great quality. I've just ordered more items from them, again there customer service replied to my e-mails in 2 hours. Seems like they may have had logistical issues previously but I felt compelled to leave a review as there products are great as was delivery. I almost didn't order after reading terrible delivery reviews but so glad i did.

Good design, good price but very poor management! They kept delaying the delivery. Order was placed and 13 weeks after nothing was delivered, when 6 week lead time was confirmed. My newborn son was born and needed somewhere to sleep so I had no other choice than cancelling the order.
