I spoke to Kevin Jones some years ago when I first started to research upgrading my flute. I knew from our first conversations that I would buy from him when the time was right. His replies were prompt, friendly and very helpful. Roll on a few years and I finally saw the flute I wanted. I made contact again and again Kevin was prompt and as easy to deal with as before. I tend to overdo the emails when researching big purchases and yet Kevin never lost his patience with me. He even answered me promptly out of hours. When my flute finally arrived it was exactly as described, pristine condition. It is reasonably old and yet everything works as it should. The pads seal easily and there is a lovely feel from the keys with just the right pressure against my fingers from the springs. It is a truly beautiful instrument. Kevins prices are considerably less than main dealers too. Trust me, I have been waiting for this model to become available for some time. I have seen them elsewhere but always several thousand pounds more expensive than at London Flutes. I would have no hesitation in giving Kevin Jones and London Flutes my highest recommendation to anyone in the market for a used professional flute.

I have bought two flutes from Kevin, one very recently. He has great knowledge and experience, having traded for a long time and been a professionally trained flautist. He is very helpful indeed, and easy to deal with. And the flutes are great!
