Ive not received my glasses yet however I just want to say what a really pleasant experience it was with Boots in Beckenham. Id never been to a boots opticians, only spec savers (unhappy with spec savers so was looking to change) and Im very glad I did. The two ladies who were working today were so lovely, friendly and chatty which instantly made me feel comfortable. The optician I felt also listened to what I had to say about my previous prescription problem. All in all happy with the experience, hopefully the glasses follow suit!

Racist! Abusive! Dishonest! Be careful about the operational timing they might close the shop whenever they wish just hanging a handwritten notice. One staff was racist to me and passing comment on my colour, another staff was bullying me cos I bought a gift card. They are simply rubbish!

Ordered glasses. I called 4 weeks later to ask what was going on and I was told that they arrived weeks before but nobody called me!!! Terrible.

Been a customer here for years but recent service is appalling. I had to wait three weeks for my appointment as they were unable to see me sooner. I got a call at 4.00 pm the day before my appointment which was to be at 9.30 the following morning to say unapologetically they were cancelling my appointment as they had no opticians available and offered me an alternative in another THREE WEEKS' time! I turned it down and called Specsavers who offered me an appointment within 48 hours! I wonder if this is because I stopped my contact lens contract that gave them a regular payments so I became a less important (now ex) customer.

Purchased glasses which were due for pickup last Thursday. Advised to call before collecting. Have tried for 3 days to call, nobody answers the phone! What kind of service is this? Appalling
