Goldcrest Hypnotherapy

I have recently had a course of hypnotherapy and have found, since my sessions I am more relaxed , sleeping better and eating more healthily. Lee immediately put me at ease and is very easy to talk to. I had my sessions over zoom which I felt were beneficial as I was in my own surroundings. I highly recommend having hypnotherapy with Lee at Goldcrest ,for me it has been life changing

Being interested in the idea of seeking Hypnotherapy for myself, I sought out on Google local hypnotherapy and stumbled upon Goldcrest Hypnotherapy in Beckenham, having read the reviews and watched a couple of videos on Youtube of Lee, I felt comfortable in booking a free consultation with him. Lee is very friendly and makes you feel comforted, I had some sessions in the clinic and some via zoom, all were excellent experiences and help tremendously with anxiety, step by step each week. Very good investment for myself to make and I recommend to others. Many thanks again!

Having tried different therapies over the years, I looked in to Hypnotherapy and came across Lee on an accredited platform. I had a consultation for free and immediately felt that my experience if I was to go ahead would be positive and I am glad I did! I knew what to expect in my first session as Lee had talked me through it but I was blown away by the power of hypnotherapy and Lees approach. Each week Lee explored my goals and focused the session and technique to help me to achieve my wants. I would not be writing this review if I genuinely felt that my time with Lee was wasted. I sought-out Hypnotherapy after decades of experience with anxiety. I tried counselling and medication over the years. While this had some effects in reducing the anxieties, it could not support my need for confidence and being able to do things that come with a certain level of confidence. Lee /Goldcrest Hypnotherapy gave me the very desired confidence. I was able to start seeing the changes within days of the work Lee did with me. I had two more sessions and I am finding a great reduction in my anxiety and doing things that I would normally get myself worked up over and then avoiding it. Great experience. I discovered that hypnosis is a work of cooperation between the therapist and the patient. Lee was excellent in involving me, using my perception of things, and the vision of my goals. The sessions were very targeted and effective. I'd definitely recommend.
