An elderly and disabled neighbour of mine was treated very disrespectfully by the manager at this store when she attempted to return a defective pair of (6.50) shoes recently. She was dismissively waved away and told to "Go back to the Bromley branch where you bought them". Classy attitude Cancer Research UK! Apart from any moral duty to be respectful to the elderly and infirm, you have a legal duty to make reasonable adjustments to your policies for people with disabilities - Equality Act 2010.
