British Red Cross shop

A guy asked me if i needed a bag for the games in my pocket. I had only been there a minute and not gone near the section that had games. He should have paid more attention as i had walked in with the games. I showed him the labels from another charity shop. I go there once a week its a nice shop other than that and i think he has left anyway

During a recent visit here I had the misfortune to cross swords with an incredibly rude black woman who, it seems, is the manager. She has a stinking attitude and is totally unsuitable for a customer-facing role. I, for one, won't be returning and cannot recommend.

Outstanding customer service from Andy today, who offered to put products aside that would benefit my students. Ill definitely be back soon.

Great shop - tend to have a good selection of vinyl, cds and (sometimes) cameras. Prices are fair for clothes - this isn't a shop that puts out Primark stuff for more than it originally cost. Also tend to have a good selection of dress jewellery and occasionally electrical items such as DVD players. They are always on the lookout for volunteers for till work and steaming.
