Told that they pierced ears for babies, got there and the lady attempted to pierce one ear, after the earing kept falling from the gun. The piercing gun went in half way causing pain to the baby. The ear was also oozing blood. The baby now has half a hole in her ear. No apology was made. Very disappointed and i will be taking this further.

The worst customer service I have encountered in a long time. The stone fell out of my ring and I returned with the ring (minus stone as it was lost) and my reciept. I was told that I would have to pay for the repair and that I 'lost' the stone part. This was all delivered in a very rude manner by the store manager. Then I was refused a refund when I said I didn't want a new stone, after the rude way I was spoken too. In the end I was left with no choice by the owner but to leave the empty ring and wait to hear if I would be charged for the repairs. Bad quality and even worse atmosphere and service.

Went to get my diamond bracelet resized before I went on holiday. Got measurements together in store and was told I could collect it before the holiday. When I went to collect the size was wrong and it was still too big meaning it was not ready for my holiday. There was no apology or empathy for the mistake until I pointed out that it was rude that I did not even receive a sorry. They did resize it after my holiday so the job was completed however customer service is severely lacking in this store.

DAMAGED MY WATCH!!! Outraged customer. I wanted some links on my beautiful watch to be removed as it wasn't fitting my wrist properly. I left my watch there to be collected in an hour. After shopping, I went back and the lady gave me the watch. But, she was not forthcoming about the fact that one of the diamantes had come off the face of the watch during the repair and hoped I would not notice. When I showed her the damage and pointed out that my watch was not like this before, there was no reaction from her. She did show however, that she was unconcerned and insensitive by not saying anything only..."It must of come off when it was in the clamp". I received NO apology. I asked her if she would fix it back, but she said that it would be a big job. I asked her if I would have to pay for (her mistake) this to be fixed. She said YES! At this point, I was very disappointed at the lack of remorse, morality and accountability. I gave her the opportunity to make things right by asking if there is anything she can offer, but she chose NOT to take responsibility for the damage and charged me the full price of the repair. Advice: If you love your jewelry, DO NOT use Vasconez Silver.
