As a small business weve needed a lot of advice over the last couple of years, as have most Be it related to disciplinary, long term sickness, furlough, reduced working hours, benefits, contracts, redundancy programmes or pretty much anything HR related these guys have supported us, above and beyond. I attended the 'Communication with Confidence' workshop on June 27th 2018 in Beckenham by Maria Kurek from HR Dept. It was an excellent experience and Maria made the entire morning very engaging and fun filled. We had some group discussions, did some exercises in pairs and, of course, much more. I walked out with some great tips on listening, simple and effective assistive techniques, positive communication, engaging the audience and presenting with confidence; just to mention a few. I highly recommend the workshops conducted by 'HR Dept'. They are always very informative and useful. Thank you Maria, you were simply excellent!
