Ordered flowers on the Thursday to be delivered in Friday nothin they were delivered to day Tuesday what an absolute liberty. 52 phoncalls couldn't get through. Email sent no reply the flowers wernt worth 28 quid not even a sorry terrible service would never use again

Absolutely great! I ordered a wreath on the Sunday 12th Feb for my dad's funeral on Friday 17th Feb. It was delivered to Albert parr funeral directors in Elmer's end. I live in Maidstone so wouldn't get to see the flowers until on the day. WOW!! Absolutely amazing, far far better than I ever thought they would be! Looking as fresh as the day they were picked. I am so glad I chose petals for this occasion and will certainly recommending them to anyone else. Thanks girls. Top job!

Ordered from overseas today, staff so helpful and friendly over the phone, and just a few hours later the bouquet was delivered to my friend, and they were absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much Petals of Beckenham.

On the 5th December I telephoned Petals as I needed a simple natural arrangement to place on a coffin for a neighbour's funeral. Claudia was lovely to talk with, listened to what I had in mind and was able to suggest alternatives if what I asked for wasn't available. At short notice she put together a spot on interpretation of what I had pictured. I will have no hesitation using Petals again or recommending them. Thank you Claudia .
