First time going and the owner went out her way to make sure was happy with results

Dropped my coat in there to be dry cleaned, I was told it would be 9 and to pay on collection- cool, no problem. My girlfriend took my ticket and picked it up 4 days later and came home to say that the owner (she herself said Im the owner of this shop) told her that they made a mistake and it would be 12.50, that these coats cost 12.50 not 9 like it said on the receipt. My girlfriend said to the owner, dont you think your staff should know your own prices? The receipt said 9 and I specifically brought cash because the guy behind the till said, anything under 10 should be paid with cash The owner the huffed and said ok lets meet halfway at 11. How embarrassing. My girlfriend reluctantly paid it because there was another person in the queue who clearly looked very uncomfortable. Finally, my girlfriend asked if she could have a copy of the receipt, to which was not allowed for some reason. Refusal to give a receipt? RED FLAG. In terms of the dry cleaning, my coat came back with white fluff all over it so I had to take it to the place down the road, of where Ill now be taking my business elsewhere
