Starbucks Coffee

Shocked at how poor the service was. Three girls, two of whom definitely didnt look like they wanted to be there. Pausing me mid-order to do something else, getting the order wrong twice and saying wed ordered a drink that didnt exist so they made what they thought we wanted?! 2 stars because the drinks were good.

Walked in today and there were two new girls whom didnt seem to enjoy their job. I asked for a toffee nut late, which I know its a Christmas special but they had some left over so been ordering that ever since. The girl insisted that thats a Christmas edition and they dont do it now. I explained that Ive been ordering it and that they might have run out now. She still insisted that cant be true as its a Christmas drink, instead of saying theyve run out! So embarrassing as there were other people waiting to order and she made me seem like an idiot. Very rude!!! The other girls were always kind and respectful!
