        Bought the banana cake, didn't taste like bananas and was stodgy. Staff could answer simple questions about ingredients or potential allergens.

        I agree with other reviewers that this is a cafe in need of improvement in many areas. The entire customer journey/experience is inconsistent. It seems to have a great facade but it fails to deliver across customer service, food and hygiene. It is a mish-mash of competing styles with food that is over priced and staff that are lacklustre and disinterested. Our table was dirty which made the empty cafe just look worse because there was ample time for staff to clean the tables. It is a real shame the cafe is like this, because I think with proper investment, and a reduction in prices so that they more reflect food quality, this would be a nicer place.

        Went there just after 9 this morning. No bread on the shelves. Having said that their sourdough is awesome.
